I’m fighting to protect the more than 75,000 federal workers who call Maryland’s Fifth District home. I’m fighting back against the Trump Administration’s reckless foreign policy that has weakened our alliances and diminished America’s leadership abroad. I’m fighting to bring down the cost of healthcare in Maryland’s Fifth because healthcare is a right, not a luxury. Families are paying too much for prescription drugs, premiums, and deductibles while corporations profit. At the same time, Donald Trump and Republicans are gutting Medicaid and the Affordable Care Act and undermining protections millions rely on. No one should have to choose between groceries and lifesaving care. It’s time to deliver real solutions that guarantee universal access to high quality, affordable healthcare for all Marylanders. This includes passing Medicare for All with a public option.
Agenda: ↗ (opens adrianboafo.com/issues at this heading)
- Establish universal health coverage. Establish universal health coverage, so that every Marylander can see a doctor when they need to, not just when they can afford to.
- Defend women’s bodily autonomy. Protect a woman’s right to choose and defend reproductive freedom.
- Pass Medicare for All. Pass Medicare for All with a public option, so that if you like your private health insurance you can keep it.

I’m fighting to bring down housing costs so Maryland families can afford to build a future in the communities they love. I’m fighting back against the Trump Administration’s reckless immigration policies that undermine our values and create chaos instead of solutions. Maryland families expect the government to do two things at once: keep our communities safe and live up to America’s values. We can and must do both. That means restoring order at the border, enforcing the law fairly, and modernizing a broken immigration system so it works for our economy and our security.
Agenda: ↗ (opens adrianboafo.com/issues at this heading)
- Abolish ICE. Abolish ICE and pass comprehensive immigration reform to create a fair, transparent, and accountable immigration system that protects civil rights and rebuilds trust in our communities.
- Target real threats, not our families. Prioritize real public safety threats in immigration enforcement by focusing resources on violent offenders, traffickers, and cartel networks rather than law-abiding families who contribute to our communities and economy.
- Secure our border. Secure the border by deploying advanced detection technology, strengthening anti-trafficking operations, and modernizing ports of entry to stop fentanyl and human smuggling while keeping lawful trade moving.
- Invest in expanding immigration courts. Fix the asylum system by expanding immigration courts and case officers to clear the backlog, resolve claims efficiently, and prevent abuse of the system.

- Prohibiting local law enforcement from entering into immigration enforcement agreements with federal authorities.
- Requiring law enforcement officers to clearly identify themselves and prohibiting the use of masks to conceal their identities during immigration enforcement.
- Protecting sensitive locations such as schools, libraries, and state facilities from immigration enforcement actions.

A further $9,000 came from donors whose answer names no employer (blank), so it is not ranked. Ranked from the largest 200 of 201 employer spellings filed; each share is of the money in those. Itemized gifts over $200, grouped by the words donors filed: not an industry classification, and a gift from an employee is not a gift from the employer. The FEC’s grouping also counts joint-fundraising memo lines, so these rows can add up to more than the itemized total. Gifts of $200 or less ($26,093) are not itemized, so no employer or occupation is filed for them.
Money groups spent on their own, not through a campaign. Each ad is filed against the candidate it names, so money attacking an opponent shows on the opponent’s row. Open a candidate to see who spent it.
The campaign also refunded $11,225 in contributions, which the categories below do not include.

All 274 itemized payments filed this cycle. Spending below the itemization threshold is not filed line by line.
19 payments were reported as a lump sum, such as a card or payroll bill, with the detail filed underneath as memo entries. Those entries, $61,713 in all, are counted under the payee and purpose they name rather than under the processor that was paid. The total is the same either way.
