12 priorities from achillesforidaho.com, in the order they are listed there. Every heading and the text under it is copied exactly, as one passage for each page it is from, and links to that place on the page; hover a source to see which passage it opens.
Too many members of Congress have lost the public's trust by putting special interests ahead of the people they were elected to serve. How is it possible that career politicians can make millions while serving in public office? This was not our founders' intention, and it's weakening our Republic.
- I will fight for a constitutional amendment to limit the terms of members of the Senate, the House of Representatives, and the Supreme Court. Two terms in the Senate, three terms in the House, and 18 years for Supreme Court justices. In the spirit of this proposal, I have signed a term-limit pledge. I am committed to serving only two terms, because politicians with long careers are not good for the United States.
- I support establishing a mandatory retirement at age of 72 for members of Congress.
- I support the right of states to prohibit corporate money in elections so billion-dollar corporations can't buy influence in Washington.
- I support a ban on companies with government contracts from donating to federal candidates.
- I will work to end the practice of Congressmembers buying and selling individual stocks. Members of Congress should not be allowed to trade individual stocks. Period. I will fight to ban this corrupt practice and end one of Washington’s clearest conflicts of interests.
- I support a five-year ban on members of Congress becoming registered lobbyists after leaving office.
- Politicians cannot be allowed to choose their voters. I will work to end the manipulation of electoral district boundaries (gerrymandering) by long-tenured politicians.

America's national debt threatens our long-term economic security. We cannot continue to mortgage our children’s and grandchildren’s futures. Under Jim Risch, the national debt has increased from $10 trillion to $40 trillion. Congress must make responsible spending decisions while ensuring everyone plays by the same rules. That means eliminating waste, fraud, and abuse while recovering revenue already owed under existing law.
- I will work to close tax loopholes that American elite and corporations abuse. Idahoans want small government with the capacity to do big things efficiently.

As a capitalist, I will fight for an economy that rewards hard work, encourages opportunity, and strengthens Idaho's middle class. Anyone who works full-time should be able to support a home, a family and a future. This is the promise of America and it must be kept.
- I will work to lower taxes for working families, small businesses, and ag producers.
- I will fight against corporate socialism so Idaho’s entrepreneurs and small businesses can compete and innovate on a level playing field. It is not the taxpayer’s job to subsidize corporate America’s inflated bottom lines.
- I support banning predatory non-compete agreements that prevent workers from advancing their careers while still protecting legitimate trade secrets and intellectual property.
- I support policies that raise wages, reward work and help more Americans support themselves without government assistance or subsidies.
- I support reforms that discourage excessive stock buybacks and encourage businesses to invest more in their employees, American factories, innovation, and long-term growth.

Housing and healthcare are two of the biggest costs Idahoans face. I support policies that ensure these markets operate with transparency and fairness, and that Idaho families aren’t forced to sacrifice one for the other.
- I will protect healthcare tax credits that help Idaho families afford coverage by working across party lines to pass needed insurance reforms.
- I will also work across party lines to increase competition, improve affordability, and strengthen Idaho's health insurance marketplace.
- I will work to ban pharmaceutical companies from giving kickbacks to doctors.
- I support re-introducing transparency into the American healthcare system. Americans have a right to see upfront, itemized prices for procedures and medications, thus eliminating "surprise billing” after the fact.
- I support strengthening antitrust enforcement to block healthcare mergers that raise costs or reduce patient choice. I will pursue insurance industry reforms that increase competition, transparency and affordability in the health insurance market while keeping families, not shareholders, the priority.
- Homeownership should remain within reach for Idaho families. I support Congress’ recent progress toward expanding housing opportunities. The bipartisan 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act made meaningful progress toward increasing housing supply and limiting large institutional investors from buying up single-family homes. I will build on those reforms to make homeownership more attainable for Idaho families.
- I will work to pass a national ban on algorithm-driven price fixing that artificially inflates housing costs.
- I will work to increase housing supply by promoting legislation that rewards cities for building more housing, ends discriminatory rules against manufactured housing, creates more financing options for first-time homebuyers, expands building trades apprenticeship programs, and provide federal loans to finance housing infrastructure in rural communities.

Idaho's public lands are part of who we are. They belong to the people, support our economy, and provide opportunities for hunting, fishing, recreation, grazing, and outdoor traditions. As your U.S. Senator, I oppose the wholesale auctioning of Idaho's public lands and support responsible stewardship that preserves them for future generations. Not One Damn Acre!
- I oppose selling our public lands to fund federal spending or reduce the national debt.
- I will work to strengthen the Payment in Lieu of Taxes (PILT) program so rural Idaho counties receive fair compensation for federally managed lands.
- I will fight to fully staff the agencies that protect our public lands, like the US Forest Service, National Park Service, Bureau of Land Management, and others.
- I will defend Idaho's Roadless Rule to protect clean water, wildlife habitat, hunting, fishing, and outdoor recreation, and the landscapes that are part of Idaho's heritage.

As an Army officer, I was properly trained on weapons and swore an oath to support and defend the Constitution. It didn't come with an asterisk on the Second or any other Amendment. Idahoans understand responsible gun ownership and are a model for the rest of the country. Idaho already decided how Idahoans carry, and we got it right. My job in the Senate is to keep Washington out of the way and protect Idahoans' rights to hunt, shoot for sport, and defend themselves. These are my commitments to Idahoans and our law enforcement professionals.
- I will vote against new federal bans on firearms or magazines, a federal registry of gun owners, or any proposal that lacks Fifth Amendment protections and due process.
- Idaho hunters and sport shooters shouldn’t have to justify their equipment to Washington. I'll also oppose federal agency overreach, whether from the ATF, the VA, or anywhere else.
- Because Idaho’s public lands are one of our most sacred treasures, and hunting is a crucial part of Second Amendment rights, I oppose the sale or transfer of any of Idaho's public lands and will fight to keep roads and trailheads open.
- I will work to protect Idaho’s ammunition industry that employs over 1,000 people in well-paying jobs and plays a critical role in our national defense.
- Idahoans understand gun safety. I support local programs that instill our tradition of training and responsible gun ownership. I will seek support for local instruction programs through grants and similar sources.
- In 2024, the leading cause of death among Idaho men ages 25–64 was firearm suicide (65% of all violent deaths). As we look out for our friends and neighbors, I will work to ensure that crisis mental health support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, so that all Idahoans and veterans can find professional help.

I believe in limited government, individual liberty, and personal responsibility. Government exists to protect our constitutional rights, not to make our personal decisions.
- I will defend every Idahoan's freedom to practice their faith, build their family, marry the person they love, make private healthcare decisions, and live according to their conscience without government interference.
- I believe Idahoans make the best medical decisions on their own, in consultation with their trusted care providers – not their legislators.
- I support Idaho’s Reproductive Freedom and Privacy Act ballot initiative. My job is to represent the will of the people regardless of my personal beliefs. In that spirit of service, I commit to align my service in the Senate with the outcome of this ballot initiative.

The internet has become essential to everyday life, but a handful of powerful companies collect our personal data, control what we see, monitor our activity, and charge us money at every turn. I will fight to restore competition, protect data privacy, and put people back in control of their own information.
All Americans should have data freedom — the right to control their personal information and demand its deletion. It should be people, not corporations, who own their digital lives and I will fight for that.
- I will work to restore competition in internet search and digital advertising by ending Google's monopoly power.
- I will introduce legislation to require major social media platforms to disclose the algorithms that determine what children, teens, and adults see. This is no different than requiring chemical companies to disclose their compounds or food companies to disclose their ingredients. Americans have a right to know.
- I will protect private intellectual property rights from uncredited, unpermitted use by artificial intelligence companies, social media platforms, and other big tech intrusions.
- I will hold big tech firms accountable when their platforms and products facilitate fraud, exploit children, abuse the public's trust, or cause demonstrable harm.
- I support a one-click cancellation requirement so consumers can end subscriptions as easily as they signed up for them.

As an Army veteran who deployed to the Persian Gulf, I understand the cost of war and the solemn responsibility that comes with sending Americans into combat. I will work to break America's cycle of endless wars that do not advance our national interests. I will honor those who served and ensure our veterans receive the high-quality healthcare, benefits, and opportunities they have earned. The American experiment depends on citizens willing to defend it, and those who raise their right hand in service deserve our lasting respect, support, and gratitude.
- I will fight to reassert Congress' constitutional authority over decisions of war and peace, so that America's sons and daughters are not sent into combat without the debate, accountability, and explicit authorization the Constitution requires.
- I will vote against the confirmation of unqualified and unfit Secretaries of Defense, and will ensure all individuals trusted with national defense leadership are ready for the job.
- I will work to ensure the Department of Veterans Affairs is properly funded and accountable, so those who answered the call to serve receive the timely, high-quality healthcare and benefits they have earned, without unnecessary bureaucratic delays.

For more than 250 years, legal immigration has helped build America. However, illegal immigration undermines the rule of law, puts downward pressure on Idahoans’ wages, and hurts workers who play by the rules. Immigration and border security are two separate issues - we can secure our border while improving our legal immigration system.
- I will support providing Customs and Border Protection with the staffing, technology, and resources it needs to secure our border, stop illegal crossings, and carry out its mission ethically and lawfully.
- Idaho's farmers, ranchers, and dairy producers are essential to our economy. I will support policies that prioritize hiring Idaho workers first while ensuring employers can legally hire foreign workers when local jobs cannot be filled.
- I will work to modernize our visa system by supporting the use of proven technology to improve transparency, accountability, security, and the enforcement of our immigration laws.
- I will revive the Bipartisan Immigration Reform Bill introduced by Senator Lankford as a new starting point for policy conversations.

The Idaho Constitution guarantees the right to a quality public education, and I will defend that right because strong public schools are essential to Idaho's future.
- I will protect federal education funding that supports Idaho students and ensures Title I and rural schools receive the resources they need.
- I support greater investment in career and technical education, advanced technologies, top tier universities, and cutting edge research. This is essential to keeping Idaho's workforce competitive and our communities thriving.
- Alongside Idaho’s education leaders, I will secure support for locally-driven workforce, education, and skilled trades training programs, including federally-registered apprenticeship programs.

Idaho agriculture is essential to our economy, our communities, and our food supply. As your U.S. Senator, I will fight for federal policies that give Idaho producers the certainty, tools, and workforce they need to succeed.
- I will protect crop insurance and the Farm Bill programs Idaho producers rely on to manage risk and keep their operations strong.
- I will support cross-partisan efforts to modernize agricultural workforce programs so Idaho producers have access to a reliable, legal workforce that meets the needs of both seasonal and year-round agriculture.
- I will support agricultural research, innovation, and science-based regulation that strengthen food safety, improve productivity, and give Idaho producers access to safe, effective tools and new technologies.
- I will fight for fair trade, strong markets for Idaho products, and trade policies that protect Idaho producers from unfair foreign competition.
- I will push federal agencies to eliminate unnecessary paperwork, delays, and duplication so producers spend less time navigating government and more time running their operations.
- I will support voluntary conservation programs that protect Idaho's working farms and ranches while respecting private property rights.

A donor who gave several times appears once. The 12 largest donors by total given are listed. In all, 608 itemized contributions were filed this cycle, totaling $471.5K.
The 9 largest committees by total given are listed. In all, 10 committee contributions were filed this cycle, totaling $35.5K. Counted from the givers' own filings, which can run above the total the campaign itself reports.
Each loan as the campaign’s report through Oct 14, 2026 lists it, with what is still owed. A loan from an earlier cycle can appear here, and one repaid in full drops off the report, so the list need not add up to the row.
