Tom Sell will always back Strong Borders and an End to Illegal Immigration
Tom Sell stands strong for real borders and the rule of law. During the radical left Biden Administration, our southern border was totally exposed, and our home State of Texas was on the front lines of this deliberate, disastrous policy. This unprecedented crisis unleashed terrorists, violent criminals, sex offenders, drug smugglers, human traffickers, and every kind of criminal into our homeland and onto our streets, including those coming from sworn enemies of the United States. Untold millions of illegal immigrants entered our country through that open border, wreaking havoc on our communities, costing Americans innocent lives, suffering, and lost and damaged property.
Under President Trump, the border is finally secure, and we are once again deporting violent criminal aliens who never should have been here in the first place. But Congress must act to ensure no future Administration can reverse President Trump’s policies and once again unleash the kind of misery that the Biden Administration visited upon our nation by leaving our country’s borders totally unprotected.
As your Representative in Congress, Tom will fight to:
- Finish building the border wall
- Make President Trump’s border policies the law of the land
- Fully fund Border Patrol and ICE
- Destroy cartels and human trafficking networks
- Ban illegal immigrants from taxpayer-funded programs
- Stop amnesty
- Stop chain migration
- Secure our border and restore law and order in America

Tom Sell will always Promote U.S. Energy Dominance, starting right here in West Texas
Tom Sell stands for U.S. energy independence. The energy produced in West Texas fuels our region, our country, and much of the world.
The radical left climate extremists are determined to shut down American oil and gas production, which would empower our nation’s enemies around the world, weaken our national security and freedom-loving countries around the world, and drive up costs for hardworking families at home in West Texas and across the United States, undermining the U.S. economy and costing American jobs.
Tom has built his career working alongside West Texas industries that power our economy, and he has seen firsthand what happens when bad Washington policies get it wrong.
As your Representative in Congress, Tom will:
- Fight alongside President Trump to fully unleash American energy dominance
- Stop the Green New Scam
- Stop federal land expansion in West Texas
- Ensure the development of critical energy infrastructure
- Protect private property and mineral rights
- Ensure West Texas remains at the forefront of American energy production

Tom Sell will always Protect the Sanctity of Human Life, the Culture of Life
Tom Sell is staunchly Pro-Life. As a Christian, a husband, a father of four, and a soon-to-be grandfather, Tom knows that human life is a beautiful gift from God. The Supreme Court delivered an historic victory in Dobbs v. Jackson, but the fight to protect and promote precious human life is far from over.
As your Representative in Congress and a staunch defender of human life, Tom will:
- Lead and support legislation that protects human life from the scourge of abortion
- Oppose any effort to use taxpayer dollars to fund abortion
- Protect conscience rights for doctors, nurses, and faith-based providers who refuse to perform abortions
- Oppose the culture of death, including euthanasia, assisted suicide, and abortion, which is contrary to Christian teaching and threatens our nation and all Western Civilization

Tom Sell will always Protect Cherished West Texas Values
Tom Sell is Texas True. He’s a proud fifth-generation West Texan who raised his family and built a business here at home, where our values remain fixed on God, Country, and Duty, including an abiding faith in our Lord, love of our families, commitment to community and neighbor, and the inherent benefit of hard work and personal responsibility.
As the radical Left continues to push its agenda which would tear down our vital traditions, Tom will always champion and never back down in defending the values that make America and West Texas truly great.

- Promote and defend Christian values that built our great nation
- Stop laws and regulations that undermine or tear down our Christian values

Tom Sell will always Champion American Agriculture, our farm and ranch families, rural communities, and Main Street, starting here at home in West Texas
Tom Sell is a rancher and 5th generation West Texan who has spent most of his life fighting for West Texas farmers and ranchers, rural communities, and Main Streets. Tom knows that farming and ranching isn’t just a job in West Texas. It’s a pillar of our economy, and it’s central to our way of life.
As a young man, Tom worked for Representative Larry Combest of the 19th District of Texas, who chaired the House Agriculture Committee, and led efforts to pass the historic 2002 Farm Bill and 2000 Crop Insurance law that continue to serve as the foundation of U.S. policy efforts to ensure that America’s food, fiber, and energy are produced right here at home. Building on that foundation has been a central part of Tom’s life’s work because Tom knows that food, fiber, and energy security are national security. West Texas farm and ranch families feed, fuel, and clothe this nation and much of the world like none other in history and they deserve a Representative who knows their challenges, understands the solutions, and will fight for them every day.
As your Representative in Congress, Tom will:
- Strengthen U.S. farm policy, including the Farm Bill and Crop Insurance, to ensure it works for West Texas producers.
- Tackle rising costs of production that threaten the viability of West Texas farm and ranch families
- Promote Buy-America policies that put America First
- Stop burdensome, costly regulations, red tape, and other government mandates that harm our farmers and ranchers
- Open new markets and stop unfair trade by foreign competitors that use high and rising subsidies, tariffs, and non-tariff trade barriers to harm America’s farm and ranch families, the U.S. economy, and jobs
- Protect water resources critical to West Texas agriculture
- Support investment in rural infrastructure and economic development to keep West Texas’s greatest resource – our kids – right here at home to live, work, and raise their own families, the future generations of proud West Texans

Tom Sell will always Stand Strong for our National Defense, especially our fellow West Texans who proudly wear the uniform and stand on the front lines
Tom Sell stands for peace through strength.
Tom’s family understands service and the cost of freedom. Tom’s oldest son, Noah, proudly serves as an Officer in the United States Army, and like the roughly 40,000 veterans who call Texas’ 19th Congressional District home, the Sell family believes deeply in the importance of a strong military and honoring those who have served.
In the Big Country, Dyess Air Force Base plays a critical role in defending our nation and projecting American Might across the globe. The men and women stationed at Dyess are on the front lines of protecting our national security: whether that’s with the B-1 bomber in the 7th Bomb Wing, or delivering rapid global mobility with the C-130J Super Hercules in the 317th Airlift Wing.
Our Airmen at Dyess represent the very best of West Texas: strength, service, and an unwavering commitment to defending our freedom. They must always have the support, resources, and leadership they need to keep America safe.
As your Representative in Congress, Tom will:
- Ensure Dyess Air Force Base remains fully funded and prepared for the arrival of the B-21 Raider
- Always stand by and strongly support our brave service members, veterans, and their families
- Fully fund and strengthen our great American Armed Forces
- Ensure VA facilities provide timely, high-quality care to the brave men and women who wore the uniform in defense of our country
- Counter threats from China, Iran, and radical Islamic terrorists and other adversaries who seek to harm our nation.
- Advance President Trump’s peace-through-strength agenda
- Stop Leftwing radicals from injecting woke politics into the U.S. military which harms our national security and endangers lives

Tom Sell will Stop Sharia Law wherever it lurks
Sharia law is unconstitutional. Period.
Tom Sell stands for our Constitution and our laws that are deeply rooted in traditional Christian values. It is these values that built our country and made America great, that beacon on a hill that Ronald Reagan so often spoke of.
There is no place in America for rogue legal systems that violate Constitutional rights and terrorize families and communities, including Sharia law.
As your Representative in Congress, Tom will:
- Stop Sharia law wherever it lurks
- Uphold the United States Constitution and laws that are deeply rooted in traditional Christian values
