“The events of January 6 had a profound impact on all Americans. The violence at the United States Capitol shook our nation and reminded us that democracy is not a given – it must be protected by smart laws, honorable lawmakers and brave citizens who will stand up for our Constitution. Harry Dunn was there on that fateful day, and he knows exactly what’s at stake in this election.”

Quoted from the committee's site, or its sponsor's or funder's where its own says nothing. The statement is filed under topics from a fixed list, chosen by AI models when two of three agree; which side it takes is in its own words.
19 priorities from the committee’s own site, in the order they are listed there. Every heading and the text under it is copied exactly, as one passage for each page it is from, and links to that place on the page; hover a source to see which passage it opens.
Democracy isn’t a spectator sport – it's on every single one of us to leave our democracy better than we found it. In Congress, Harry will put Marylanders first.

Harry believes that the United States is strongest when we stand with our allies, uphold democratic values, and use our global leadership responsibly.
The current administration has dragged the United State’s reputation through international mud, and now into yet another war overseas.
Their unpredictable actions on the world stage have weakened alliances, strained diplomatic relationships, and created unnecessary risks for American service members.
Stand up for Palestinian civilians and fight for humanitarian aid.

Under Donald Trump, the federal government lost over 300,000 workers this past year.
Maryland’s 5th Congressional District has the highest concentration of federal workers outside of Washington, D.C. It is home to over 75,000 federal workers, many of whom were unjustly relieved of their positions, leaving essential federal positions vacant.
Harry intends to restore federal government functions to full capacity, while also ensuring federal workers’ security against politics.

At a time when the Trump administration is trying to actively make it harder for U.S. citizens to vote, Harry will stand up and fight.
On January 6th, Harry protected our democracy with his bare hands from insurrectionists who sought to overturn the results of a free and fair election.
Harry has personally seen the impact of Americans losing faith in their government and the devastating impact of misinformation.

Harry knows the Chesapeake Bay is a national treasure and that it holds a special place in Marylanders’ hearts.
Trump’s policies and budget proposals have continued to cut funding for environmental services, including tens of millions of dollars towards restoration of the Chesapeake Bay, while also shaving away protections for our State’s natural resources.
Harry will work in Congress to:
- Protect Maryland’s natural resources and federal funding.
- Support Senator Van Hollen and former Congressman Sarbanes’s legislation to designate a unified Chesapeake National Recreation Area as part of the National Park System.
- Fund clean-up and protection efforts for the Chesapeake Bay.
- Improve access to the Bay for all Maryland residents.
- Support Maryland’s diverse marine economy and workers.

As a working dad, Harry knows that rising childcare costs are forcing families like his to make impossible decisions.
According to the Economic Policy Institute, the average annual cost of infant care in Maryland is $18,946.
Put a different way, “a minimum wage worker in Maryland would need to work full time for 35 weeks, or from January to August, just to pay for child care for one infant.”

Donald Trump appointed far-right judges who backed the Dobbs ruling, which led to the overturning of Roe v. Wade.
That resulted in millions of women losing their right to make their own healthcare decisions.
Harry is proudly pro choice and would always fight for a woman’s right to choose.

Harry believes we live in one of the wealthiest nations in the world, yet it doesn’t feel that way when millions of Americans are struggling just to get by.
Because of Donald Trump’s “One Big Beautiful Bill,” the wealthy continue to prosper while working families face growing challenges.
Harry understands that we need to have an economy that works for everyone.
That’s why in Congress, Harry will:
- Fight for tax cuts for the middle class, restore the Child Tax Credit, and raise the federal minimum wage to $15 an hour so that working families don’t have to decide between dinner and their bills.
- Close corporate tax loopholes to make sure that corporations do their part.
- Support and protect unions to ensure good paying and fair jobs are available to Americans by passing the PRO Act.
- Eliminate the income cap for Social Security taxes so that the wealthy pay their fair share to protect Social Security from bankruptcy.
- Expand federal investment in affordable housing by increasing support for construction, preservation, and rental assistance, ensuring that every family has access to safe, stable, and reasonably priced homes in their community.
- Fight to close the gender wage gap. Women shouldn’t be making 82 cents on the dollar compared to men.
- Support innovation and work to modernize digital asset regulation by establishing clear rules of the road by backing bills like the Digital Asset Market Clarity (CLARITY) Act and the GENIUS Act.
- Work to overturn President Trump’s attack on food assistance, including the largest cut to the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) in history.

Donald Trump is making an overt attempt to abolish the Department of Education.
Our children are our future and education is the bedrock of our society.
Harry is a proud product of Maryland public schools, where he learned the values of diversity, service, empathy, and hard work from his peers and teachers.

We live in a nation of immigrants.
Harry believes America is the land of opportunity, and that everyone should be treated with dignity and respect.
Despite this, Donald Trump treats immigration like an invasion.
In today’s politics, it’s pitiful that simple statements like these are seen as radical and partisan.
Immigration isn’t just core to America’s identity, it’s the right thing to do and it makes sense economically.

He’s tired of reading seemingly every week about another mass shooting and the devastating news of its victims.
He’s tired of reading about the seemingly endless loss of life from guns in our cities.
He’s tired of “thoughts and prayers”.
Harry is disgusted by Republicans’ inaction and knows we must do everything we can to resolve this epidemic of gun violence.
That’s why in Congress, Harry will:
- Ban assault weapons to keep weapons of war off our streets and pass universal background checks.
- Pass legislation regulating so-called “ghost guns” as well as limiting bump stocks and extended magazines.
- Crack down on straw purchasers and pass the “Gun Trafficker Detection Act” to limit the proliferation of guns across state lines.
- Fund research into gun violence and support red flag laws so that people with a history of violence cannot get access to guns.

Harry knows that our differences should be celebrated, not used to divide us.
He believes in the fundamental humanity in each of us.
This administration has backed efforts to end birthright citizenship, reduced funding and staffing at the Office for Civil Rights, cut support for public universities, and directed the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission to investigate companies with diversity programs while overlooking longstanding discrimination complaints from marginalized workers.
Harry believes America is home to diverse cultures, communities, and people.
It’s what makes us the greatest country in the world.

Each part reads different filings, so counts and totals can differ.
Direct PAC contributions and independent expenditures explicitly reported as support, by the party of the candidate they went to.
No candidate-directed contributions or explicitly supportive independent expenditures were returned.
Contributions are reported money, not endorsements; a PAC giving to both parties is common.
Every contribution on line 23 of the committee’s own Schedule B, which is the filing its summary totals are built from. That line covers federal candidates, party committees and other political committees alike, so a super PAC funding other super PACs appears here rather than under candidate giving.

Candidate contribution rows come from candidate committee Schedule A filings, the same rows the party chart above counts.
Money moving between this committee and other committees, matched on FEC committee ID rather than the name each filing was typed under. Both sides exclude memo entries. The figures here count each committee once, from the itemized transfers read for this section, so they will not match the payment counts under Who this PAC gave to.
