Why are my priorities “God, The Constitution and You”? (Or in newspeak terms “Morality, Law and Order, and The People”)
When someone runs for public office, they are always asked, “What are you three highest priorities when elected. For congressional candidates, they generally expect responses to include high profile and high ticket items that often violate the 10th Amendment. As long as your government is focused on violating the constitution by grifting from programs it should not be running, I will will fight for every penny we can get in Oregon. But I have higher priorities.
As long as your representative’s main focus is to get as much money as they can from the Federal Government your taxes will continue to rise. My Highest Priorities are “God, The Constitution and You” because these are the pillars that hold up our great nation. I strongly believe that when your leaders focus primarily on these things, all other things fall into place. The United States of America will be a strong and wealthy nation with people who love and support it.
The truth is that although our founding fathers built this nation on those very principles. We have been moving away from that philosophy ever since. In some ways that is the greatest testament to the strength of our Nation and the Constitution that binds us. Regardless of the current degrading claims about the original philosophy, The United States of America has endured longer than any Constitutional Republic in history. My goal is to help set this country up to bless its people with Freedom and Liberty for another 250 years.
God is the necessary moral social foundation that helps us retain peace and security within our borders. He is the guiding light the gives our leaders inspiration and strength to do the best they can for you, the people. I am not a religious zealot. I do not believe that anyone should dictate if and how you believe in God. I will definitely not try to legislate God into the laws of out nation. However, I will use God as my moral compass as I negotiate and decide on legislation in Washington DC. Our constitution was made only for a moral and religious people.
Our Founding Document, The Constitution For The United States of America, only has power and validity if the people believe in it. It also is based on a premise of basic respect for, and among, citizens. Without a base morality there can be no respect for and among citizens. Our founders knew that and included the mention of God in our founding documents for good reason. The lack of respect immorality causes naturally leads to a loss of faith in the things that bind the people together (community, family, honor, trust). The destruction of “base morality” in the USA has been destroying our love for our fellow citizens, and our faith in the Constitution for many decades. Returning from this state will not be easy nor quick, but I know God will lead us through if we keep focused on him.
The Constitution was assembled by some very intelligent and pissed off people who had just wrestled their freedom and liberty from a tyrannical king. Most of them were not interested in taking power, and did not trust governmental power to any single man, nor small group of men. They did their best to develop a system where they could continue to have input in their governance while providing the society they were forming with a central government that would provide the bare minimum necessary to maintain cohesion and security for the states. The original constitution was four handwritten pages with the last one being mostly signatures. Today the “Constitution Annotated” is well over 100 times that. I believe that a deep review of all of that bulk, and a return to basics (or as basic as possible) is highly warranted. There are many things that have gotten us to the state we are in today, but reductions in your freedom and increases in the power of governmental due to some of the “annotations” to the Constitution are definitely a significant part of the problem.
You are the power, the intelligence, the guide and the foundation of the government created by The Constitution For the United States of America. You are the very reason that this country and its Constitution exist and it can not exist without You. In synopsis, The Constitution basically gives each state positions on the two of the Nation’s Boards of Directors (The House and Senate). It then requires the states to set up a similar board structure and make you a voting shareholder of the state. This gives you a level of control in the government all the way to the top of the structure. The Constitution also charges you with the responsibility identify and stop tyrannical rule and political misconduct. It is a lot of responsibility to put on You. That is why the Constitution is also designed to ensure that you have the ability to do the best you can with your life, and secure that which is yours, without undue government intervention. In the name of brevity, I will just say that You (we) are not currently experiencing levels of freedom and liberty that allow you to protect and feed your family while simultaneously helping to keep the United States the greatest nation on earth.
Bringing it all together into simple terms. My priorities are “God, The Constitution and You” in that order because:
Focusing on God and the base morality he provides all things will guide me to taking and supporting actions that ensure that you can enjoy prosperity and security backed by a government that respects you.
By making The Constitution For The United States of America a priority gives me a time honored and proven base to apply as I participate in legislation presented me in Congress. It also gives you an outline to my reasoning for making decisions in Washington DC.
In truth, this was all about you from the beginning. By making God and The Constitution my highest priority, I am bound morally spiritually, and by thelaws of God and man to serve You.

These Issues have been building, and there are more to come. The difference between me and other candidates is you will not find any other candidate addressing these Issues with the head-on truth and Constitutional plan for action that I have. Some people say that this is “too much” and that I should only have 3 or so bullet points on this page. The truth is that focusing on my 3 highest priorities (God, The Constitution & You) will solve every one of these issues. Basically, the plan is to “Eliminate anything in the Federal Government that is not authorized by the Constitution for The United States of America.” Follow the links on each item to see my solution to the issue.
Immigration – We are the only nation on the planet that allows uncontrolled immigration. We have done so for far too long. In December 2023 we set new records every week for the number alien invaders crossing our border. It is time for an Immigration Moratorium, ending Entitlements for Persons guilty of illegally entering the country and removal of undocumented aliens.
The Border wall – Finish the wall. This will do a lot for both Immigration control and National Security.
Inflation – Most people do not understand that when the Federal Government pats itself on the back for “reducing inflation” that only means they are “slowing down the rate of the damage.” We have experienced.
National Debt – the solution here will not be painless, but it is simple. We can also cancel all debt China holds as restitution for COVID to reduce the pain.
Wasteful Unconstitutional Spending – evil support of false research and nearly every country on earth except the USA – the solution here is the same as the solution for the National Debt.
National Security / Armed Forces – this is a complicated issue since Neo-Marxism has almost fully infiltrated these institutions at all ranks. We can specifically legislate neo-marxist philosophies and anti-human standards out of the military. Overall readiness and security will require changes leadership.
Communism – Progressives and Neo-Progressives (and many Democrats) are basically communists. They are not misguided, confused, nor well intentioned. I believe in the good of humanity. But when someone takes this many “dangerous” or “ignorant/illogical” actions, it becomes impossible for me to believe they are well intentioned.
False History – Real American History is no longer taught in our schools instead they teach the rambling revisionist lies of the 1619 Project. We can not stop people from telling lies about our past in a public forum, but we can outlaw it in schools.
Removal of Ethics, Morality and God from government.
Loss of technological advantage/superiority in the world
Loss of manufacturing capacity and advantage

Minimum wage – the problem here is not minimum wage. It is “minimum employment.”
Mental Development of our Children – Risk Aversion, Destruction of Family, School Indoctrination
Abortion – As the Supreme Court Ruled, this is a State issue. The constitution does not authorize the Federal Government to participate in this type of activity.
Mutilation of Minors / Children who are sexually confused – Outlaw all sex change therapy and surgery for minors.
Crime – Take the “broken windows” theory to the federal level.
Social Security – This should be a State issue. The constitution does not authorize the Federal Government to participate in this type of activity.
Marxism / Communism – Opressed/Opressor, Political Prosecution, Loss of Rights/Liberty. The answer to this issue is YOU.

A Commitment to a solid and unwavering moral compass based on Christian theology.
The only way to insure that I serve all constituents in the best manner possible is to first have a commitment to integrity, honor and humanity that goes beyond the needs of any individual including myself.
I will not violate my moral compass, nor will I force it on my constituents. I do not believe that it is my place, nor government’s, to dictate moral positions or culture (that is totalitarianism).
This priority by definition includes my commitment to Family and when I take the office of Congressional District 1, you will be my family too.
I will Defend and uphold the Constitution of the United States of America against all enemies, both foreign and domestic.
The US Constitution is what has held this Country together and made it the greatest place on this planet for nearly 250 years.
When I take office I will swear an oath the Defend and Uphold this document and I take that oath very seriously.
Violating the constitution in the name of serving the people is violating the people. That is why my commitment to the Constitution is, “As it was accepted and in force on January 19, 2021.”
I am a Servant Leader to the Citizens of my District and the Citizens of the USA.
As your Servant Leader, my #1 job in Washington DC is to return your money and authority over local issues to you as is intended by the Constitution. The Federal Government was never intended to take your money and rule your life.
This is not about me and it is not about you. It is about US and our children…and their children. It is you who knows best how to serve them in your local environment and economy. You need to be in control.
A Leader can not lead no one. You need to be behind me as I lead our District. I can only accomplish these things with your support. You must be engaged in making America First in order for it to stay first for all Americans.
The United States of America has slowly become that which our founders were trying to prevent. It has become a centralized totalitarian dictatorship comprised of an unknown number of Administrative Entities that have near unilateral discretion on laws they can create and impose on you. The Founders intent was to have a central entity that added a layer of security and temperance to the operation of the union. Not to create an uncontrollable machine of tyranny.

These bills and a solid focus on rebuilding unity, pride and infrastructure in the USA will return us to being the greatest, most inclusive, most cohesive and benevolent nation the world has ever seen.
As a businessman, I believe that these Vision, Mission and Priorities are paramount. It would be nice to pass my legislation, but there will be many unknowns that will arise. The only way you will know that your representative is “representing” you under those conditions is to know that they have priorities and commitments that meet your approval.
As your Federal Representative it is my job to help temper and guide the Federal Government in what should be it’s mission. To serve and protect YOU to the best of its ability. Today, our Federal Government apparatus serves only itself and other nations. While there is nothing wrong with helping out in the world community, we are not obligated to help anyone, nor comply with any other nations, or entity’s, edicts. Once we get the Federal Government acting more as your servant and less as your Tyrannical King, you will be free to govern yourself at the local level as our Founding Fathers intended. Then we can get the Federal Government on track, doing what it is supposed to do. Protect the peace, prosperity and perpetuation of the Union.

We have two issues that are leading to a degradation of these things which I have plans to address as your Congressman.
The Federal Government is too big. Tell me what your problems is, and I will explain to you how that problems either stems from, or is exacerbated by the US Federal Government being too big.
“Community” has stopped being the main focus of our lives and our government. The United States of America was founded with the Citizens being in charge, and Communities being the first building block of the government. We must rebuild community in this country, nor only geographically, but in our hearts. People need to reach out and communicate with their direct neighbors. HUMANS need stop claiming that they are part of some “community” that is actually a small disjointed group of people that claim similar characteristics from various places across the nation. There are 20 Constitutional Act and Amendments that basically say you can not group humans into a Community in that way. Those are actually “clubs,” or “political groups.” We need “REAL” community with Humans interacting in person discussing what affects them in their specific geographic location.
These things are very closely tied together, and are the root of nearly all issues we see in America today. They are also very intertwined. Large Government weakens Community, and weak Community allows Government to increase in size. The Government then starts to take control things that should be the focus of the Community (or State or County, or City). Things like caring for those in need, or keeping streets and parks clean. As more of Community’s work is done by the Large Government, it begins to wane and become weak. Eventually Community becomes virtually non-existent. “The People” are the solution to this. We must rebuild our “Communities” (as the first building block of government) and take our destinies back from the Federal Government.
We also know that our individual Communities vary in many ways. Cities, Counties and States also vary widely in culture, industry, recreation, crime rates and more. It makes little sense to have a centralized entity deciding what happens in your community. That is why you need to Rise Up and have a voice in your Community, City, County and State. My intention is to help you gain and use that voice to help form and direct this great nation as the Founding Fathers intended.
These two items are the Root Cause of all issues facing the United States today. They are also the Root Cause of nearly every problem we face as individuals. People generally only consider that which is affecting them directly. Making rules, or laws in an attempt to change the hot issues is only attacking “symptoms.” Only by getting down to the basics and attacking the Root Cause can you eliminate the real problem.

This Act would outlaw certain controls on funds distributed by the Federal Government when those controls extend beyond the specific scope of the project for which those funds were granted. All previous Controls, Limitations, or Laws Dictated to States through “Conditional Grants” as well as all previous agreements between States a Federal entity shall immediately become null and void. This bill will also contain provisions blocking Federal Funds from being distributed to Non-Government Agencies that are not under a specific and limited contract and subject to full audit.
Today nearly every Federal Grant comes with limitations that extend beyond the specific scope of the project that the grant was issued for. Federal grants fund many projects. However, that mechanism is costly and severely flawed. If the people wish to continue the practice of having the Federal Government collect and redistribute money, we the people should not simultaneously be extorted into creating laws which the Federal Government could not enact by other means.
For example, the Federal Government can not create a Federal Speed Limit legally under the Constitution (see 10th Amendment). However, if the Federal Government makes changing the State Speed Limit part of the “Grant Contract,” then that equates to “The State doing it voluntarily.” This is an abusive and back handed way of avoiding the 10th Amendment.
Often there are good reasons for certain controls on distributed funds. However those controls should only relate to the specific project the funds are issued for. The real goals of this legislation are to return control to the States and Local authorities, reduce to size of federal bureaucracy, and reduce the federal government’s budget (resulting the transfer hundreds of billions of dollars back to state, local and individual citizen control).
The most onerous example of governments overreach and over regulation of local programs (and the most costly) is the Welfare Program. Federal Funds often make up 80% of a State’s welfare program. The illegal federal strings attached to these funds put States in a position to either cancel all welfare programs, or comply with the Federal Government’s extortion demands. These “strings” on Federal Welfare Dollars put controls on States and municipalities beyond providing welfare to needy persons. Rather than being able to actually address the causes of poverty and solve their unique social issues at the local level, state and local authorities are forced to use the funds in ways that may be harmful to the recipients, as well as the local citizens and economy.
Another set of “strings” that is working to kill America is the Department of Education. Our children have been falling behind most developed countries in education for decades because of centralized government controls on education. Secretary of Education Miguel Cardona is now working on “Administrative Rules” (Laws enacted at the sole discretion of the Secretary of Education) demanding that schools teach Critical Race Theory in order to receive federal education, and CARES Act, funding. They plan to force this divisive and hateful philosophy on first grade children. All of this MUST END. I believe in your right to teach your children whatever philosophy you wish. That right does not necessarily extend beyond the walls of your own home. At the same time I will NEVER support the Federal Government dictating, or supporting, any specific philosophical thought in any school. Especially one that teaches anyone in this Great Nation to mistrust, fear, belittle or unduly glorify their peers.
In addition to the damage and loss of liberty these controls cause, their creation and administration are extremely wasteful and performed basically without oversight. In the video below Senator Rand Paul talks about the Federal Reserve and the SBA defying the law, the President, and their Senate Oversight Committee. In addition to the losses taxpayers experience due to the corruption of these rogue administrators, the overhead costs to maintain these administrators and their staff are enormous. The No More Strings Act will save hundreds of billions of dollars per year (if not over $1 Trillion) that can go back to local economies without strings.
Did you know that the Federal Government doesn’t even know how many Agencies there are? They actually say, “There is no authoritative list of government agencies.” and; “The United States Government Manual lists 96 independent executive units and 220 components of the executive departments. An even more inclusive listing comes from USA.gov, which lists 137 independent executive agencies and 268 units in the Cabinet.“
This Act will eliminate the need for numerous government agencies that exist solely to skim funds off of your taxes before redistributing your money to things you may not support, and/or control you in ways that you do not approve of.

The 10th Amendment is supposed to protect our Republic (#US) from Federal Fascistic* Overreach. But it has been circumvented by Congressional tactics that reflect the actions of a psychologically and financially abusive partner—promising support while wielding the power to withhold that support as a tool of control.
Imagine a personal relationship where one partner controls the money. They dole out money for groceries and rent, but only if the other partner adheres to strict rules about nearly every aspect of their daily life. Rules that overstep personal and socially agreed-upon boundaries. Refusal to comply with these rules can lead to eviction, hunger or physical abuse, leaving no real choice for the abused party. This is how the federal government is bypassing the 10th Amendment via “conditional grants.” States need to accept funds from the federal government for highways, schools and many other programs. But, in order to get those funds, they must implement federal mandates on everything from environmental standards to social policies. This results in a Federation tilted toward central dominance. A Federation, where states’ consent to give up their Constitutional Rights as a result of coercion and manipulated fiscal necessity. Once started, this process perpetuates an every growing cycle of abuse that undermines the constitutional division of federal powers and State Sovereignty.

“The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”
Constitutional Scholars vary in opinion of how many actual “powers” are granted to the Federal Government through the Constitution. The numbers vary from 17-28 “specifically delegated” powers in the Constitution. That variation is generally tied to how the stated powers are grouped or tied together, and how semi-colons are interpreted within the document. However, all can agree that there are no powers “specifically delegated” to the Federal Government to legislate legal drinking age, what specific medical benefits a State should offer Citizens, or how States should handle their refuse.

Your Federal Government can not currently tell you (#US) exactly how many Federal Government Agencies there are. The Federal Register (the official daily journal of the U.S. government, which publishes rules and notices) lists approximately 438–441 agencies and sub-agencies. Nearly every one of these agencies seeks to control States beyond the limitations of the 10th Amendment. They do this through conditional federal funding. By doing so, Washington agencies circumvent this important Constitutional Safeguard, ensnaring states in a web of dependency that echoes the tactics of a psychologically and financially abusive partner.

The federal government’s artful ambiguity in grant conditions serves as a form of gaslighting, where states are left second-guessing whether refusal is truly a viable option. Just as an abuser might say, ‘If you love me, you will do this,’ federal policymakers imply that non-compliant states are ungrateful or irresponsible, masking their coercion as mutual benefit and eroding the and psychological foundation of state sovereignty.

States, much like a partner who is reliant on an abuser’s income for housing and necessities, face existential threats when federal funds—often comprising a significant portion of their budgets—are jeopardized. The State and its Citizens have both already given up a significant portion of their livelihood to the Federal Government in taxes. Now the only way they can recoup some of those funds is to comply with the degradation of their Constitutional Rights. This isn’t mere negotiation; it is economic blackmail, where the livelihood of citizens (through slashed services in education, healthcare, or transportation) hangs in the balance. States are thereby compelled to surrender powers reserved to them under the Constitution in order to provide the basic necessities.

In this landmark case, the Supreme Court upheld a federal law withholding 5% (later 10%) of highway funds from states that didn’t raise their minimum drinking age to 21. The Court reasoned that this was a valid exercise of Congress’s spending power under Article I, Section 8, as it pursued the “general welfare” and was not unduly coercive—“states could theoretically refuse the funds.” However, critics argue this set a precedent for federal overreach, akin to an abuser offering “just enough” support to maintain control without triggering outright rebellion. In the end, South Dakota was dependent on those funds for infrastructure, and therefore had little practical choice. This case highlights how monetary leverage circumvents direct regulation prohibited by the 10th Amendment.

Here, the Court struck down the Affordable Care Act’s Medicaid expansion provision as unconstitutionally coercive. The law threatened to withhold all existing Medicaid funding (often 10-20% of a state’s budget) if states didn’t expand coverage, which Chief Justice Roberts likened to a “gun to the head.” This exemplifies monetary abuse: states, already entangled in the program, faced livelihood-threatening penalties for non-compliance, forcing them into federal policy despite 10th Amendment protections. It parallels an abuser escalating threats by cutting off all support, not just increments, to enforce dominance.

This case invalidated direct federal commandeering of states to regulate radioactive waste (a 10th Amendment violation), however, it noted that conditional spending could achieve similar ends indirectly. Follow-up discussions in cases like Printz v. United States (1997) on gun background checks reinforce that Congress often uses funding conditions as a workaround, much like an abuser shifting from overt commands to subtle manipulations. For education, consider No Child Left Behind (2001), where federal funds for schools were tied to standardized testing mandates, pressuring states into national curricula despite education being a traditional state domain—fostering dependency that critics see as psychological coercion.

This Act will require employers with locations in more than one State (by same name, or ownership) to employ a minimum of 80% full time employees (percentage may vary). Certain exceptions will be made for temporary employees and employers with sporadic operations.
Many people have been demanding a higher minimum wage in this country for a long time. Any good business person knows that when a business is forced to increase costs in one area due to random factors (like increased minimum wage by government) they will take actions to maintain their profit margin (which is very small to begin with for most business owners). The results usually end up causing reduction in staff, increased stress on remaining staff, reduced level/quality of product/service, reduced hours of operation and other things that also negatively affect a business and its customers. This is not the answer and it specifically harms small business more than big corporations.
The real problem has to do with the benefits available to employees. Most minimum wage employees do not receive full time hours. This causes an even larger span in the pay differential between them and workers who work full time because of benefits offered to full time employees. Large employers are required to provide Health Insurance for employees who work more than 32 hours per week. Many of these employers also provide various other benefits to full time employees including, life insurance, retirement assistance, vacation leave, child care assistance and tuition assistance. The difference between the annual salary of a part employee and a full time employee related employee benefits is at least $6,000/yr and can be $35,000/yr or more for the average employee. That equates to between $2.88 – $16.82 per hour (or more). This is generally more than any proposed minimum wage increase.
Anyone who claims to support minimum wage employees should back this bill instead! Don’t you want health care, retirement savings and vacation time to be available to as many Americans as possible? Or would it be better to just get them a couple more dollars per week to help them pay for the benefits their employers are keeping from them?
Most Small Businesses in this country already provide full time work to most, or all, of their employees and therefore employee benefits as required by law. It is the large corporations who are abusing American Workers by keeping hours down and withholding benefits. It is time we really started protecting the common worker and small businesses.

Since 1865 the United States of America has created 20 Constitutional Amendments enacting Acts (laws) intended to create equality among Human Beings. Unfortunately, since that time corrupt politicians, in league with individuals committed to perpetuating hate and division between groups of humans, have continued to enact policies and laws that specifically categorize and divide Humans. They use these groupings to give certain groups preferred, or unfavored, status in Federally sponsored programs and in the ways laws are enforced. Every time a federal program earmarks funds for a group of Humans based on criteria described in one of these 20 Amendments or Acts (ie race, creed, color, religion, sex, sexual preference, or national origin) it VIOLATES Federal Law and contributes to “systematic racism.” The Anti-Racism Act will help end “systematic racism” and all “systematic discrimination” by outlawing it at the Federal level.
In his opinion on Justice John Roberts stated “The way to stop discrimination on the basis of race is to stop discriminat-ing on the basis of race.” I have known this to be true since I was 12 years old. There is no such thing as “Just a little bit pregnant”, and there is no such thing as “Beating your wife for a good reason.” You can not pretend that a little bit of discrimination is not really discrimination, and you can not pretend that doing bad things is for a good reason. That is why the Anti-Racism Act is critical for our country to move forward with love and support for every Human.
The Anti-Racism Act will END “systematic racism” by mandating retroactively that no Law, Act, government program, or government document may make reference to race, creed, color, religion, sex, sexual preference, or national origin (exception for national origin from countries on National Security watch list). As such, all currently active laws, programs and documents that make reference to any subgroup of Human Beings must be amended to remove said references, or be terminated. The Anti-Racism Act will also outlaw any future legislation, or government program, from specifying, or naming, any group of Humans defined by race, creed, color, religion, sex, sexual preference, national origin, or any other general grouping that will be used to determine qualification, preference of qualification, treatment within, or funding level of participants for any government related program or activity.
