“New Democrat Majority is an Independent Expenditure (SuperPAC) exclusively focused on electing and reelecting New Dems to the House of Representatives.
Because of the New Democrat Coalition’s pragmatic focus on good government and economic growth, candidates endorsed by the NewDem Action Fund are often the strongest match-ups against Republican incumbents in General Elections. New Democrat Majority is the ONLY Independent Expenditure focusing on these viable challengers in Primaries, whose appeal to General Election voters is substantially higher than less pragmatic Primary opponents.”

As an external actor, NDM’s strategic responsibility is to engage in contests where our involvement can be determinative to the outcome.
To this end, we may move to fill gaps left by candidates endorsed by the NewDem Action Fund in the following ways:
- Message - in instances that campaigns must make resource-constrained decisions to sacrifice a critical message track, NDM may engage to cover an additional messaging lane in the same markets and mediums as other actors.
- Market - in instances that campaigns must make resource-constrained decisions to leave markets weakly treated or untreated entirely, NDM may engage to cover communication over the same interval as other actors in untreated systems.
- Medium - in instances where campaigns select a dominant medium with limited resources and leave critical channels untreated, NDM may engage to cover a full medium such as search and social digital, connected TV and dynamic video, direct mail, or broadcast and cable TV.

Each part reads different filings, so counts and totals can differ.
Direct PAC contributions and independent expenditures explicitly reported as support, by the party of the candidate they went to.
Spending against candidates is drawn on its own bar and left out of the support totals.
Contributions are reported money, not endorsements; a PAC giving to both parties is common.
Every contribution on line 23 of the committee’s own Schedule B, which is the filing its summary totals are built from. That line covers federal candidates, party committees and other political committees alike, so a super PAC funding other super PACs appears here rather than under candidate giving.
No contributions itemized
Nothing loaded
Candidate contribution rows come from candidate committee Schedule A filings, the same rows the party chart above counts.
A donor who gave several times appears once. The 12 largest donors by total given are listed. In all, 4,006 itemized contributions were filed this cycle, totaling $304K. FEC contributor lists are public records and cannot be used for commercial solicitation.
Total reported receipts $6,727,134

These are the payments the committee itemized to vendors, staff and other committees. Its $5,348,661 in independent expenditures is filed separately, against the candidate each was about, so it is counted in the split above and listed by candidate below, not here.
$6.2M spent from Jan 2025 to Oct 2026. Most in one report: $2.9M, April 2026.
The running total of what the committee’s FEC reports say it spent, independent expenditures included, with a point at the end of each report. The line is straight between reports because a report gives one total for its whole period. Numbered lines mark the elections that drew the most independent spending. Each expenditure counts toward the next election on its seat after the day it was made, and a seat is named when it drew at least a tenth of that spending.

By the state each contributor wrote on the filing. The FEC aggregates every Schedule A line together, so one committee or organization transfer can account for a whole state. Contributors who have given $200 or less this cycle are not itemized and cannot be placed on a map. The FEC’s grouping also counts joint-fundraising memo lines, so these rows can add up to more than the itemized total.
