Our campaign is grounded in the premise that everyone should be able to see their doctor when they are sick.
I believe in fulfilling America's decades-old promise: to recognize healthcare as a right, not a privilege.

We can't just freeze the cost of living: we need to lower it.
From livable wages that match inflation to large-scale housing and tuition reform, I will fight to make New Jersey - and our nation - affordable for working people.

While the Administration reaches new heights of corruption, our broken campaign finance system continues to put corporate interests over ordinary Americans.
I will demand comprehensive reform that protects democracy, rebuilds trust in our institutions, and expands civil rights for vulnerable communities.

As communities try to resist new data centers, A.I.'s unregulated growth sees as many as 16,000 American jobs lost every month.
I support consumer protection, new government oversight, and a nationwide freeze on their construction.

Despite countless commitments to recognizing the value of our Seniors and Veterans, Congress keeps letting them down. New attacks on the future of Social Security and senior assistance programs, cannot continue.
Major investments in assisting our veterans and in infrastructure for our aging population are needed today.

Even as the richest nation on Earth, we have more medical bankruptcies than any other country, and millions are underinsured—all this as insurance companies see record profits.
The U.S. is one of the only developed nations without guaranteed healthcare, but it doesn't have to be that way; using data from the Commonwealth Fund, we can learn from healthcare models around the world and build the best healthcare system on the planet.

If we want to support new families, we have to support new parents. That’s why I support guaranteed paid family leave. You deserve to be there for your children during the most critical stages of their development, and without worrying about how to make ends meet.
Every parent - both mothers and fathers - will be eligible for 12 weeks of paid leave after having a child. 96% of the world guarantees something like this. America should too.

As a working mom, I know how just critical childcare is. I support guaranteed preschool beginning at age 3, so parents can return to work knowing their children are safe.
We need to expand pre-k beginning at age three to everyone who wants it, not just the lucky few who can afford it. With childcare more costly than a mortgage, parents need the option to return to work and know their children are being enriched, socialized, and protected.
Good for parents, good for children, and also good for our economy.

Constant coastal flooding, extreme weather, and wildfires are increasing in frequency, intensity, and cost. Flooding gets worse, storms get stronger, and insurance gets more expensive every year. Let's make polluters pay.
By 2050, towns like Manasquan will likely see flooding of six feet and up every year, and just last year over 15,000 acres of our Pine Barrens burned. Big Oil and Gas have created the problem - they should use their record profits to solve it.
As your Congresswoman, I'll work to tackle these rising insurance costs, invest in coastal resilience for shore towns, and undo the gutting of vital efforts like the National Flood Insurance Program.

I've worked with climate nonprofits and startups across the country who recognize the economic value of investing in renewable energy.
I'll fight for offshore wind investments that are ecologically and aesthetically responsible, and explore new hydroelectric infrastructure.
Saving the environment shouldn’t be a sacrifice - it should lower our bills and create jobs in the process.

Growing up, I was told homeownership was part of the American Dream. For more and more of us, that dream has slipped out of reach.
Homeownership is increasingly difficult for first-time buyers. Approximately one in five occupied homes in NJ-04 is renter-occupied, meaning tens of thousands of households could benefit from stronger tenant protections.
Over half of renters in NJ-04 are cost-burdened, meaning they spend at least 30% of their income on housing. And this while the median home value in NJ has hit $450,000, increasing 52% in just three short years.
We have to make homeownership a realistic goal for young people again, and I'll support bipartisan legislation to end corporate ownership of family homes. I support expanding homeownership programs, which have not kept up with inflation or rising home prices.
I'll also be the second New Jersey Congresswoman to support the Tenant's Right to Organize Act, which protects renters' rights and prohibits unfair rent increases.

Americans today hold $1.8 trillion in student debt, crushed by repayment systems that make paying off loans impossible for working people. The so-called 'One Big Beautiful Bill' then took a broken federal loan system and further reduced student eligibility.
Reversing bad policy requires an overhaul, especially when the system itself drives up tuition fees and debt loads.
As your Congresswoman, I'll support legislation to reverse the administration's assault on students and encourage Congress to support loan forgiveness. I'll fight for a cap on student loan interest rates, and expand forgiveness programs like Public Service Loan Forgiveness so they actually reach the teachers, nurses, and public servants they were built for.
After that, we can begin the work of empowering new visions of tuition and borrowing that support the American people.

The war in Iran represents a total disregard for international and constitutional law, and a failure to learn the lessons of our recent history. It also represents another cost for consumers to bear.
Less than six months into the war in Iran, the cost of our military operations stood - at minimum - around $35 billion. It's not just a drain on our national resources, but a burden placed on working Americans every time they go to get gas.
It's time to bring our service members home, launch a full investigation into war crimes allegations and the conditions of our troops on board the USS Lincoln, and commit to spending dollars previously sent to the Pentagon on issues here, at home.

If you ask working Americans what they need, nine out of ten of them will tell you it's "more money". That's partly because the federal minimum wage has been frozen at $7.25 since 2009, while the cost of rent, gas, and groceries has climbed almost 54% in that same stretch.
Congress passed a $15 federal minimum wage through the House once, back in 2019, and it has not returned to the floor since. Today, $7.25 is a starvation wage.
New Jersey is proof that higher minimum wages create better outcomes for working people, and sets an example to be followed nationwide. I believe in a living wage that reflects the realities of our economy, the realities of price increases, and one that moves with inflation.

When minority groups are scapegoated, prejudice becomes policy. LGBTQ+ people, Black and brown families, and immigrant families are being used as a political weapon to distract from the failures of the GOP. Our constituents should never have to fear being targeted by their own government, or doubt their government's commitment to protecting their right to participate in our democracy.
As a private citizen, I spoke up against the targeting of transgender guidance for school districts, and was recently honored to serve as Grand Marshal at Toms River Pride. As your next Congresswoman, I will work to undo the federal assault on our queer communities and work to empower them in the halls of Washington, D.C.
From the gutting of the Voting Rights Act to the overturning of Roe V. Wade, civil rights face unprecedented threats. As your next Congresswoman, I'll support the John Lewis Voting Rights Advancement Act and Women's Health Protection Act, securing these hard-won rights for future generations. I'll also co-sponsor the Fit to Serve Act, demanding an immediate reversal of Executive Order 14183.
I will defend the equal rights of every American, and I will measure that commitment the same way I measure everything else: by whether people here can live, work, and raise a family in safety.

As your next Congresswoman, I'll support sweeping reforms to our national immigration policy, including a return to the pre-2003 United States Immigration and Naturalization Service. I'll fight to end the scourge of mass deportation forever and put an end to the privatization of prisons and detention centers.
The Administration's immigration policy is inhumane. It is also cripplingly expensive. 2025's One Big Beautiful Bill placed the cost of mass deportations directly on the general public: over $1,800 per taxpayer in Ocean, and almost $4,000 per taxpayer in Monmouth. We have been asked to sponsor the same forces which have threatened our local communities, and now cause so many of our friends and neighbors to live in fear.
Re-instituting policy which protects our civil liberties and constitutional rights is just the first step in fixing a broken system. I'll also work to reform the burdensome costs and bureaucracy plaguing our visa application process, end the ten-year re-entry bar, and replace individual employer sponsorship with a centralized national jobs portal to help boost our economy.

I don't take corporate PAC money, and I never will. For too long, corporations have driven public policy in our nation, and the results speak for themselves.
Citizens United was one of the worst Supreme Court decisions in modern American history, placing corporate interests - in a permanent way - above the interests of ordinary people. Recently, the Supreme Court worsened the impact, letting political parties make unlimited campaign donations in coordination with federal candidates.
We have to get money out of politics. Beginning with a constitutional amendment to repeal this disastrous ruling, I'll support sweeping changes to our campaign finance system, ending dark money donations and returning to values of transparency and people power.

The Trump Administration has overseen the worst corruption our systems have seen in the nation's history.
Our agencies have been gutted, weaponized, and used to enrich the President and his family personally. Using a Qatari jet as a stand-in for Air Force One is not just an abuse of executive authority - it is also a threat to our national security.
As your next Representative, I will urge Congress to take serious and decisive steps to address this corruption and institute safeguards to ensure it never happens again.
This means continuing to push for the release of the unredacted Epstein Files, investigating the influence of special interest groups on the Administration's decision-making, and instituting new safeguards to protect the security of our nation's governing institutions.
It also means changing the culture of our politics to make our representatives more accountable. I support a constitutional amendment for 18-year terms with a two-term limit for all federal judges, including the Supreme Court. Their reconfirmation should require Senate oversight, stopping a president - or a party - from defining our courts for decades.

I've attended town hall meetings throughout our district and listened to the testimony of neighbors, experts, and environmental groups.
In Lacey Township, a packed public meeting broke out this spring over fears that an out-of-use power plant site could become a new data center, and residents were left relying on rumors, with no real notice from a developer or their representative.
Data centers demand immense resources and threaten to destroy local environments, but they may also leave constituents with higher energy bills. As your Congresswoman, I'll work to protect consumers and small businesses from subsidizing rising costs.
While ultimately fighting for a national moratorium, I'll cosponsor the AI Data Center Site Selection Transparency Act, requiring developers give communities advanced notice, disclose impacts, and stop backroom deals that keep residents in the dark until the bulldozers arrive.

A.I. is a transformative technology, but its development has outpaced our ability to regulate it. Without proper Federal oversight, we can't control its impact, from a system of mass surveillance that threatens our Fourth Amendment rights, to deepfake technology, which is far too easily abused.
Until appropriate guardrails exist, I will support the A.I. Data Center Moratorium Act and a nationwide freeze of A.I. data centers. Democracy needs a chance to catch up.

Veterans remain tragically overrepresented in America's homeless population: over 30,000 people (one in ten) have a history of military service, and the number of young homeless veterans is increasing.
Honoring veterans is not enough: we must resolve to live in a country where we actually take care of them. In Congress, I'll join Congressman Pallone as a cosponsor of the End Veteran Homelessness Act and work with the Department of Veterans Affairs to ensure we end veteran homelessness for good.
I’ll also support legislation like the Feed Hungry Veterans Act, expanding SNAP eligibility for disabled veterans. Our nation is defined by the way it repays those who have served: I know we can do better.

Without Social Security, almost 40% of over-65s would fall below the poverty line, and Social Security's main trust fund is set to become insolvent in just six short years. New rounds of cuts and the shuttering of field offices have only further restricted access to earned benefits.
Unless we act urgently, millions of hardworking Americans who have paid into the program for decades risk being denied the money they are entitled to.
In Congress, I will work tirelessly to promote insolvency solutions. I’ll also add my name to the Social Security Expansion Act, which would consolidate existing funds and make hard-earned benefits more accessible.

By lowering financial burdens and improving the quality of care, senior citizens can choose to stay in their own homes and communities.
Long-term care should be included in Medicare, and I'll support legislation like the Medicare at Home Act to make it happen.
The Federal Trade Commission also estimates financial fraud cost seniors upwards of $81 billion in 2024. In the age of A.I., we need new, robust anti-scammer legislation, which I'll enthusiastically support to protect our constituents.
